Set yourself a challenge, at a time and place convenient for you.
It may be physical – outdoors, indoors, running, swimming, on your bike, up a mountain – whatever floats your boat! It can be all in one go or cumulative – to fit around your busy life.
You may want to get the kids or whole family involved – the more creative and crazier the better, remember you make the rules.
On completing the challenge, you’ll receive an exclusive Stripey Stork medal.

Once we receive your online form, we'll respond with an email containing everything you need to know.
You can either pay the registration fee yourself. Please email challenge@stripeystork.org.uk for bank details.
Alternatively, set up your own fundraising page and share this with your friends and family. If you wish to do this, we ask that you aim to raise at least £50.
All that's left to do is get training and complete your virtual challenge - we'll be eager to see how you are getting on so please tag us in your photos on social media, using the hashtag #EarnYourStripes.
Send us proof of completing your virtual challenge (a selfie, a treadmill screen, a running app screenshot) and once payment has been confirmed then we’ll send your virtual medal and thank you pack in the post.
Once done, you’ll be able to rest in the knowledge that you’ve contributed to providing a service which is a lifeline for local vulnerable families. Here’s what your efforts could buy:
