We are delighted to announce two fantastic new additions to our Fundraising Team at Stripey Stork. Their experience, energy and passion will ensure we can continue to build vital support for local families at a time when our service is needed more than ever.
Welcoming Charlotte Munro – Head of Fundraising
Charlotte joins us as our new Head of Fundraising, responsible for setting our overall fundraising strategy, managing all income streams, and with specific responsibility for our work with Trusts and Foundations.
Charlotte brings 18 years’ fundraising experience, specialising in Trusts and Foundations. She has worked for organisations of every size, from major international NGOs to small UK charities, including Christian Aid, Samaritans, The Change Foundation and Linking Lives UK and was responsible for significant uplifts in funding, including winning major grants such as £500,000 from the Wolfson Foundation. At The Change Foundation and Linking Lives UK she built fresh funding pipelines raising six-figure sums and multi-year grants. She is a strategic leader with a proven record of securing transformative funding and building strong, lasting relationships with donors.

Welcoming Millie Jaspert – Community Fundraiser
Millie joins us as our new Community Fundraiser, focusing on building relationships with schools, community groups, local businesses, sports clubs and beyond. She is passionate about giving children the best possible start in life and is committed to engaging the community in creative, meaningful ways.
Millie’s career began in primary education, where she dedicated herself to helping children thrive regardless of background. Alongside teaching, she has gained valuable fundraising experience with the National Literacy Trust, supporting schools to choose them as their Charity of the Year. She also has extensive hands-on community fundraising experience – from organising PTA events to leading a £100,000+ restoration campaign for a hurricane-damaged museum overseas. With additional experience in marketing and business ownership, Millie places a focus on growing networks and inspiring wider community engagement.
