Some people don’t have baby items to donate but would still like to support us in some way.

One way is to help us provide extra items for families and volunteers.

Items we can add to our pre-loved packs - new nappies, wipes, creams, lotions etc. We use these to make up mini hampers.

Treats for parents – new and unopened shampoo, body wash, moisturiser, lip balms etc. We like to include a pick-me-up treat in our referral packs.

Refreshments - coffee, tea, biscuits etc. We can share these with our team of volunteers when they are helping out at Stork HQ.

We always have a current Amazon wish list of essential new items which we continually need to complement the preloved packs we send out, such as nappies, toiletries, changing mats, bottle teats and underwear. It's a hassle-free, affordable and effective way to help local families in need.

Deliveries are made direct to our office, which means they can be used that very same day if necessary.

Kind £ donations go a long way

You can choose to make a one-off or monthly direct debit donation.

Financial donations may be used directly to buy new items needed to complement our pre-loved packs, such as new mattresses for donated Moses baskets.

And to make your money go even further, we benefit from buying such items in bulk from InKind Direct at a fraction of the retail price. Having such funds in reserve means that we are also well-placed to respond quickly to one-off requests for specific items..

Do you shop for your groceries in-store?

You can buy pre-paid in-store grocery cards from Give As You Live.

Your reloadable grocery store cards, available for all major supermarket chains, can be ordered online, will be sent in the post and are a great way to budget for your shopping, whilst raising vital funds for us.

Spending £100 a week will raise an impressive £100 a year, at no extra cost to you.

Then sign up for the weekly Tandridge Together Lottery and you’re in with a chance of winning up to £25k, and many other prizes.

Do you have an unwanted car?

You can turn your unwanted car into cash for us with Giveacar.

They arrange a free collection from your home at a time that’s convenient for you. Your car will then be auctioned or scrapped, and the proceeds will be donated back to us.

Are you looking for a cheaper, greener and better energy provider?

When we moved premises to our warehouse in Reigate, we took the opportunity to switch to the 100% green energy supplier Octopus Energy.

Their prices are competitive and the customer service is excellent. Another perk is they gave us a 'refer a friend' link, which means if you switch using this method, both yours and Stripey Stork's accounts are credited with £50. Everyone's a winner!

As we are a listed eBay charity partner, you can donate some or all of your sale proceeds to us.

Do you shop online?

If you shop online you can join the Give As You Live scheme and choose Stripey Stork as your charity to support.

You can raise money for us just by shopping online, with over 4200 participating retailers, including Amazon, John Lewis, Tesco, Sainsbury's, eBay and Boots. The commission earned is turned into much needed funds for us.

Printer cartridge empties please

We are signed up with a printer cartridge recycling scheme, to raise funds and help the environment at the same time. Just drop your empties at our Reigate HQ and we'll do the rest.

If any local business, shop or organisation would like to collect on our behalf, we can arrange a bin for you too.
